Update 5/8/2016: Added a 20 cu-ft beer gas cylinder to replace the fake nitro setup. The fake setup did work but there were several occasions where I forgot to lower the pressure after using it which resulted in over carbonated beer. While not a big problem it was a bit of a hassle and I found myself not reaching for my stout tap as much as I should have.
I have added some internal and external features to the keezer. I keep the keezer around 45°. One of the regulators is set to 10.5psi to feed the distribution block. The other regulator is set at 25psi and feeds the fake nitro setup and a very long co2 run with a ball lock end. The long high pressure run is used for force carbonation and for when I have seltzer on tap.
- Dedicated co2 line for purging carboys or other vessels. I added an on/off valve and a long run of co2 line to the end of the distribution block to let me easily purge carboys with co2.
- Added the two additional Perlick taps that I had drilled holes for.
- Added a stout tap and fake nitro setup documented in a future post. I also made room to support the 5th keg needed for this tap.
- Added a Y connection to support the fake nitro setup off the high pressure line.
